The Cicero Prep Lunch Program is entirely managed and distributed by our Parent Service Organization volunteers with all the profits going directly back to the Parent Service Organization. Cicero Prep has partnered with OrderLunches to provide a secure, fast and easy-to-use online lunch ordering system. This program is open to all students, faculty, and staff at Cicero Prep.

Registration

New Parents

  1. Go to: http://greathearts.orderlunches.com
  2. Click on Register: Password is: ACS20, please register your user account, profile(s) and necessary information.
  3. Sign In & the Welcome page displays with Program Info (Order Schedule, Rules etc.)
  4. Click Order at Top of Nav Bar & go to proper month
  5. Click the Order on the date to begin – First Lunch Date is August 8th
  6. Check out & pay – Please be sure to complete the check-out process.

Returning Parents

  1. Go to: http://greathearts.orderlunches.com
  2. Sign in with your username & password.
  3. Choose student that needs location, add their grade for the new school year & click update profile.
  4. If a student has graduated, select their name & click remove profile.
  5. Once all profiles are updated, click on the Order link to begin.

Payment Information: The program accepts payment by Debit or Credit Card—Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

  • Ordering for more than one student? Please be sure to add all items to your student(s) into the shopping cart before checking out.
  • Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment. Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your student(s) will not be include in the lunch service.

Annual Registration Fee: A nominal one time per family per school year fee of $10 is charged with your first order so that we can offer our lunch program online.

Minimum Order Fee: A $1.00 fee will be charged for orders under $10.00—this applies to new and changed orders.

Lunch Volunteering

The success of our Lunch Program is solely dependent on volunteers. During the lunch hours, we need volunteers (must be fingerprinted) to distribute pre- ordered lunches to students. Volunteering is a great way to see your student and their friends during the school day, meet other parents, and provide support for the Lunch Program. There are many opportunities available to those who wish to help, and volunteers control how often they give their time. We will train you appropriately and ensure you have all the tools necessary to make your time with us rewarding.

Once you access the Sign-Up Genius calendar, you will see the days that are available, and you can choose what works best for you. Two (2) parent volunteers at both Archway and Prep are needed each day. Archway volunteers are needed from 10:45am to 12:30pm, and Prep volunteers are needed from 11:15am to 12:30pm.
